Our main focus is supplying the state DOT/city municipalities with precast barriers, rental or purchase.  Based out of Mesa, Arizona Howe Precast is the largest supplier of rental barrier and impact attenuators in the southwest, covering Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, and Nevada with an inventory of 300,000 LF + and an unlimited supply of impact attenuation devices. Howe Precast also provides barrier relocation services for contractor owned barriers.   

Howe Precast specializes in large DOT projects, whether it be hard bid / design-build / or P3 projects. We are experts when it comes to barrier logistics, have worked with the largest contractors in the nation, and have a proven track record for on time completions/deadlines.  Large or small with project sizes from $5,000-$10,000,000+ – WE DO IT ALL!

 Howe Precast is also an NPCA certified plant with the ability to mobilize anywhere ready mix can be found.  Our large inventory of F-shape molds gives us the ability to produce up to 1,500 LF per day depending on project size. We also have the ability to precast custom barrier sizes and small products as seen on our products page.
